Data collected

When you talk to our assistant, we collect the information needed to study your request: contact details, loading and delivery addresses, a description of the goods, any photos, and payment information for the study fee. For carriers, this also includes identity, vehicle and insurance documents.

How we use it

• To study your request and prepare a quote
• To contact you about your request
• To check that partner carriers are eligible
• To follow and trace a shipment

Retention

The data in your file is kept for as long as needed to handle it and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

The content of your conversations with the assistant is kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically. We keep it only to check the quality of the assistant's answers and correct its mistakes. After that, only the structured information in your file (goods, route, contact details) needed to carry out the transport and invoice it remains.

Sharing

Your information is passed to a carrier only once your shipment has been awarded. While carriers bid, they only see the city and the characteristics of the goods.

AI assistants (MCP connector)

Our connector for AI assistants (/en/ai-connector) asks for no personal data and does not keep the content of conversations. For each call, only the tool name and the client name (for example Claude) appear in our hosting provider's technical logs, kept for a few days at most. Nothing is shared with third parties. Information you then enter on our website is covered by the rules above.

Your rights

Under Senegalese law on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data. To exercise it, write to contact@graceroad-group.com.

Cookies

The site uses a technical session identifier (httpOnly cookie) so that an interrupted conversation can be resumed. No advertising cookie is set.
